Common questions
Do I need to be on every platform?
No. Most small businesses don't. We work out where your customers actually are and put your energy there.
Will I lose control of my accounts?
No – you keep ownership and full access to everything. I work inside your accounts, not from a separate system you can't see.
Am I too small for this?
You're exactly the size I built this for. The £100 tier exists precisely because not everyone needs – or can afford – full management.
Do you work with businesses outside Newcastle?
Yes. I'm based in Newcastle and work across the North East and the UK. Most of it happens over video call.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel whenever. I'd rather keep you by being good than by locking the door.
